Terms for using Austin Picks: what the rankings are, business claims, Pro and Top plans, acceptable use.
Acceptance
Using austinpicks.com means accepting these terms.
Rankings are opinions
They rest on public data and editorial review, not on any guarantee of quality, price or availability. Any deal is yours and the business’s alone.
Third-party data
Ratings, reviews, hours and photos come from public sources and change. Verify before you go or hire.
Business owners
Claiming is free after verification. Owner edits publish at once and are checked later; inaccurate or promotional changes may be reverted. New businesses are added only after review.
Pro and Top
Annual subscriptions through Stripe. Each business can try one of them free for 7 days, once. Pro: fuller profile. Top: a labeled spot near the head of a list the business is already on. Canceling stops renewal at the end of the paid year.
Not allowed
Unlawful use, scraping, entering restricted areas, impersonating a business, false information.
Intellectual property
Text, rankings, design and the Austin Picks name are ours or licensed. Quote with a link; ask before reusing more. Copyright notices: info@austinpicks.com.
Liability
We aim for accuracy but don’t guarantee it, and we are not responsible for listed businesses’ goods or services. Terms may change; the posted version applies.
